Yes, this is a fully functioning GTA clone in 25 MB's of space.
This is a Beta/prototype build. Features are still in development.
Current features:
-hijack cars with space
-shoot people with left click
-gain wanted levels and get chased by police
-fully explorable city buildings with elevators
